So i guess i dont Match your team standards.

I just think things done around here aren't done correctly. The GFX Team on here should be a privilege not just handed out. Your representing LWHQ.

Organisational skills have not been handled as well as they could have been, but it is called 'Unofficial LWHQ' this team aren't representing LWHQ at all, otherwise all this would have been stopped from the beginning lol. No hating or offense at all just saying to Nino. I'm sure if it gets organised more and kicks off good, it might eventualy become 'Official' in the future. Got some promising members looking forward to seeing how it turns out and what graphics you guys produce. Good luck guys.

Tbh you guys should put everyone who's willing to do graphics and request on the teams... Nobody answered or did my request, so it seems like it's just much better to post a new thread..

Just had an idea to help GFX team get better!
We should start picking a skill theme for the week and each week practice on tecnhiques in order to improve on that techinque.
Ex. Depth&Lighting week, where we would do sigs to practice on our depth and lighting and post results on our attempts and outcomes.

Just an idea what do you guys think?
