In that case Wayne is fucked. I just don't see this happening though, maybe he'll appeal or something I just can't see Wayne going 3 years without smoking or drinking but I'm sure hes not stupid enough to send himself back to jail.

He can do it. I mean, it's not like he's an addict or an alcoholic or anything. Plus someone brought up the point earlier that he said he gets medical marijuana, so he might be allowed to smoke if he has a prescription for it

He's not a junkie but he got high every single day for the past couple years before his prison sentence..and now he cant for 3 years straight. its much harder than it sounds trust me.

Yeah exactly. Before his prison sentence. Its been 8 months and he aint done anything. Im sure hes mentally strong enough to not do it. I dont think theyll be taking risks like that.

You dont get addicted to Weed like that, not like other drugs.
And he has gone 8 months so he would obviously be over any addiction that he may have had. But he didnt so...

He Quit Syrup, So He Can quit smoking, But Damn, smokin was like a trademark of wayne, the lighter flickers on the song, the pictures, But yet alotta drama. Plus hes got all these parties AND the people he hang around smoke, This gunna Be TUFF.
