I think Wayne, at heart, is a very kind person and wants to deliever for his people. Left to his own devices, it seems to me like he thinks as long as he sounds quirky and experimental and different, then it's good, because it means he is exploring new stuff and keeps it fresh and that's enough.
Ultimately though I do not have the answer either.

i would consider experimental & different more along the lines of rebirth.

this.....this is just literally the same shit as nc2, d6, funeral, etc.

horrible beat selection with wayne just spewing absolute nonsense as fast as he possibly can on every track thinking it sounds good.

the autotune makes him sound like a mess.

the lyrics make him sound like he's aging backwards. we get it. pussy money weed & your dick. awesome.

the mixing & mastering makes it sound like he recorded the vocals on a cassette, they dont blend with the instrumental like they are supposed to.

all of it is just terrible to me im sorry.

I agree completely with everything you say. The question was why is his original music so fucking atrocious. And I was just saying that I could imagine that it's Waynes main objective, when making music, to deliver a sound that you wouldn't find anywhere else, something unique and different. He did succeed at that, obviously not to anyone's benefit.

Bcaz he lacks song structure & his beat selection is absolutely garbage! Features are other artists ideas & beat selection so it's easy for him to put his own twist on their topics. Which is why his mixtapes are so much better than his albums! 🤦🏾♂️
