I've been debating this with my bro, but for me the beat makes the song if its a bad beat it ruins the song for me.

Well I don't know if I got the idea right. But I gotta say that I don't like Shanell's hook on "Play In My Band" from "We Are Young Money" album. I'm probably the only one who feels like this, lol, but yeah. That's probably the only song I feel like skipping from that album, but then Wayne's verse comes in and it's all Ok. :p

yeah but i aint gotta software that i can use to do remix on some verses with other beats.. for example, sunshine's beat sucks but lyrics of both wayne n nicki is dope

Normally, if I dont like the beat on a Wayne song the lyrics will make me want to listen to it and then the beat grows on me
