I was reading through that review, and it seems like the reviewer doesnt know what he was talking about.
All he kept on saying was "good beat" "slow down" etc. lol

He must have been reviewing the album from the SNIPPETS

i like No Ceilings... most the songs had no hook... just Wayne spittin from start to finish on a track
