Yes that is what it means. He is off the drugs for the three years, maybe even after that. Hes not gonna get himself put back in jail.

Yeah my mother said most likely if he do stay away from drugs in the next three years, he might not want to do it anymore, I agree but we all know how Wayne loves weed.

lol... to me, its not a harmful drug. Its not addicting, it can't cause you to loose your way (like cocaine ect) so its really not a big deal if he stop smoking or not.

Part of his persona was you know doing his thing, so it's the truth that we can expect a change.
In the other post someone said he seems more level-headed and everything, of course we don't know for sure, but you might as well expect it in some way.

Just to cheer a bunch of us up, who like weed on his syrup and weed, not every artists(painter, musican, writer) was on drugs.

BTW, quick question as I'm not familiar with the U.S Legal System, what happens if he does break his probation? back in the cell for a few months and THAN can he do it all again?
