Doesn't mean he doesn't have anything cooked up on the back burner.

He said back in the beginning of May, the album is done. They just need promo.

They should just put out Nino 3 if they aint gon put out a mixtape in between now and the album..its the least they can do for delaying the album for so long

They won't, they should put out Da Drought 4 with new songs on other beats or C4 Leftovers like Drought 1 & 2 had C1 Leftoversbut that won't happen.

Joe Turone is a 16 year old rapper from Essex in the UK. He has been making music for over 5 years now and has taken part in various projects, such as his collaboration project with Sid Bowden, a singer who is also from Essex. They performed under the alter egos Sidiator & J Tizzy, they released a single on iTunes and a couple of mixtapes. After that Joe decided to take a step into music as a solo artist, and stopped performing under the name J Tizzy. He now performs under the name Joe Turone and is currently working on his upcoming solo mixtape. Which will feature collaborations with rappers from all over the world. This is a big step for Joe. Artists from places such as Las Vegas have heard about Joe and his music and have not hesitated to get in touch with him to work with him. If there are any artists out there (of any genre) who would like to work with Joe feel free to get in contact.

No I doubt it very much that we will see a mixtape leading up to C4 ..but
