Talk to me. by- Jargon, or Lil wayne.?

Hey, im new. Anyways, this new song came up on youtube, and it says its by Weezy.
I don't have a clue if or if not. The person really sounds like Weezy, but there is always Jargon in the equation. His song Ride with me came out, while talk to me came out this april. So.. oh and Jargons version sounds different. It's also on itunes.

Okay thanks, I had a good feeling it wasnt lil wayne. The voice is way to high, and I don't think the words used, would come out of waynes mouth. Thanks for the help.
