Wayne is not just the best rapper from the South, he is the best rapper alive. I will only respect Em or Hov as your opinion of who is the best, but to me it's Wayne. Nobody comes close to those 3. Nas is probably fourth, but he's still pretty far from Wayne, Em, and Jay.

As about the GOAT southern rapper he has a small chance to be the best but as I said Scarface was and still is the GOAT from South.
Scarface has 2 undisputed classic albums.Mr.Scarface is back & The Diary.
Weezy hasn't an undisputed classic album.
Scarface has better flow and he is by far better storyteller than Weezy.It's not even close.
And Scarface impact>>>>>Weeezy's impact in the History of hip-hop.
Weezy is by far more popular and have more sales than him.But as MC he can't touch Face.
