I'm not trying to start trouble, but I am curious. I've spent the day tagging all my mp3s and resetting playcounts and what not for my iPod. During all the time I spent cataloging info, I kept noticing the writing credits.
What struck me is that there isn't a single song on the album that doesn't have multiple writing credits. I was under the impression Wayne wrote all his own raps, or as the legend goes he doesn't write at all. Same thing goes for Tha Carter III. I'd understand if the co-writing credit was for songs with other rappers with each getting credit for their own verses, but this is for every song even those that are just with Wayne going solo. It looks like Mack Maine is getting writing credit on 6 of the 15 tracks on Tha Carter IV and he isn't featured at all.

Anybody care to clear this up for me? Did I miss something?
