A double entendre is a phrase which can be interpreted in two different ways.
A triple entendre can be interpreted in three.
A quadruple entendre in four.
Etc.
E.g. of double - "Her mouth is like my house so I guess you could say I'm coming home" (coming/cumming)
E.g. of triple - "Only way I begin to G off is a drug loot" (G off as in orgasm, G off as in make thousands of dollars and G off as in become a Gangsta
E.g. - of quadruple - "My city love breakfast 'cause niggas had toast early" (toast as in the celebratory drink, toast as in guns, toast as in bread and toast as in doom.)

By the way, some people claim that Jay-Z's bars in Gotta Have It were an octo entendre (8 meanings) but I believe it was 4 double entendres in 2 bars
