it also depends on how often they piss test him. ive been on probation for a drug charge for 2 years and only got tested 1 time. smoke some weezy.

Yes they are, it's January 2013 that it comes into place in Dam. Other places have already stopped but Everywhere will be done by Jan 2013. Which is why I'm going as much as I can before Jan lol
