As a Mexican 15 year old from Houston Texas, that never really experienced 90's rap/gangster rap, whatever you want to call it, I still consider Wayne the best rapper of all time and my favorite rapper of all time.
Like I said in one of my very first post, I can't connect to artist like 2Pac like the people did listening to him he was still alive.
I have always loved hip hop, it's basically the only genre of Music I listen to, but I never really connected to any rapper until I started listening to Wayne back in 4th or 5th grade. I don't know what really made his music hit me so much, but it did.
Maybe it had alot to do with memories with my brother or something, but his music is art that can never be touched, that can never be repeated like he did.
R.I.P to all the other greats that have passes, but I definatly choose Wayne as my Favorite rapper of all time.
But if I had to really pick another artist excluding Wayne, I would definatly agree with Skip on this one, Biggie.
