I mean, do you guys know what his role is for Wayne? I'm not sure myself beyond the title of manager but no doubt he'd need someone to fill that role. Can't organize photo shoots, video shoots, appearances, tv/movies, concerts, etc. all on your own, especially with the time he spends on tour and in the studio.

Wayne has been in the spotlight for years now, stop hating on Tez. Imagine all the work he does for Wayne. I don't know how the music industry works nor if Tez does his job right or not but I'm sure Wayne couldn't have handled him all by himself, he would've had to hire someone else to do his job and who knows if it would've been better or worst. Also, that was a dick move by Wayne, Tez is a childhood friend of his and was simply trying to look out for a friend, Wayne shouldn't have reacted like that.
