I read an interview with The Empire a while back where he said that he used to be a member of Lil Wayne's entourage and that's how he got his hands on all that shit. Unfortunately Weezy realized that this guy was a basically an informant with the public and so he kicked him out.

Okay I just want to let everybody know that I just contacted LiveMixtapes and asked them about The Drought Is Over series and wtf happened to it. I am currently awaiting for a response but I will be absolutely sure to give everybody an update when I receive it. Oh and just to clarify, The Empire has an account on that website and he is still dropping mixtapes for other artists so I'm sure that I can get a solid response.
