I don't think Lil Wayne would do that he's a fair artist. I think Chuckee has evolved the same way Wayne evolved before he dropped the Carter and everyone was shocked. Wayne changed because he was influenced, and Chuckee changed because Wayne influenced him (lol at Birdman Jr. Jr.). But no way Wayne wrote this, the punchlines would've been better, and had better delivery.

Besides, that flow wasn't good enough for a Wayne track.
