3 years later...is C4 more appreciated than when it was released?

So , when Tha Carter IV came out , a lot of people were disapointed. But now , as we aproach to a new Carter album , i can tell people appreciate it more.

Let me post this Eminem verse for you:-

'Every CD critics gave it a 3 then three
Years later they go back and re-rate it
Then called the Slim Shady LP the greatest
The Marshall Mathers was a classic
The Eminem Show was fantastic
But Encore just didn't have the caliber to match it

I still think it's underrated. The expectations were so high and it didn't live up to that but some people like the album is trash while it's a great album. If Wayne was an unknown rapper and his debut album would be C4 everyone would go insane over it.

I've always felt the album is underrated.

this, tbh. people were quick to shut it down cause it didn't live up to, or match the success of C3, but nobody really appreciated the dope songs, and how great it was... I loved it since the first listen, and still bump it today.

I've always loved C4 and I couldnt belive when people got dissapointed on the album.. They expected way too much..
This is how I feel:

Tha Carter 1 - The Marshall Mathers LP
Tha Carter 2 - The Eminem Show
Tha Carter 3 - Curtain Call
Tha Carter 4 - Recovery

C4 wasent Waynes best album but no1 got shit on it except Eminem in my opinion. Like who got a better album then C4 except Em, name one? Ive always seen Emimem and Wayne the 2 best for the last 10 years. I think Weezy is better tho, just cuz I like him more but I think Eminem is the only1 who have been able to touch him. I can see both their albums is kinda the same in a way of how their carrier have been going. Like C1 is kinda like MMLP, C2 is kinda like the Eminem show, C3 is kinda like Curtain Call and C4 is kinda like Recovery. I hope you get what I mean lol.

maybe i made it , i was thinking bout it last year too , i loved the album and even though at first people used to kinda hate it , i came to this conclusion
