Has the YM and CM fallout been a long time coming?

I'm not gonna read all that, but here are some of the contract breaches:

1. Cash Money hasn't paid Young Money the monthly 200,000 $ as agreed since 2013

2. Cash Money has failed to provide accountings for Young Money and Lil Wayne since 2013.

3. Cash Money hasn't paid Young Money it's share of the proft and royalties of Drake's recordings since 2012

4. Wayne did not get his agreed 10 million $ for IANAHB2 and Carter 5 when he turned it in early December (Wayne was supposed to get 8 million advance during the recording and 2 million when he turned in the finished project for each album)

5. Cash Money owes YM millions of dollars in marketing expenses.

6. Cash Money didn't register the copyright for recordings on Young Money jointly with YM/Wayne, copyright is registred to Cash Money only.

7. Cash Money refused Wayne to let several artists join Young Money

8. Cash Money has failed to properly account and pay Wayne royalties

9. Cash Money has not registred Wayne as the co-owner of IANAHB2, copyrights are only in Cash Money's name.

10. Cash Money refuses to let Wayne/Young Money see the books and records of YMCMB, even though he has all the rights to do so.

These are the only ones that are scary tbh. I can see why Baby would blackball Wayne, but Drake? All of this is really Birdman and Slim withdrawing all support for Lil Wayne. No wonder Thug has only started blowing up recently.

Not paying Drake is shady as fuck though. Drake is the best on the a mic right now.. That's a lot to think on. Birdman probably took all that money he owes Wayne and invested it in to Thug lmao. Who knows though, this whole company is shady as fuck and I guess always has been to some extent.

Not paying Drake is shady as fuck though. Drake is the best on the a mic right now..

I'm not sure, but It don't think it means drake hasn't been paid at all since 2012. It only means Young Money never got its share of drake related incomings. Drake and especially drake's lawyers know his status and they surely wouldn't let CM get away with not paying Drake.

It's weird cause we could see him doing it to most CM artists so were we all really just niave to think Weezy and YM would be exempt? It's really tragic really, they had a really good bond i'm a bit pissed the whole YMCMB empire can just impload so quickly like that. I thought these guys were a team bonded by blood and it in together, for life and to make them all rich.
