This is for you retards that can't read a lawsuit, or anything for that matter.
Young Money LLC, Cash Money Inc and "Young Money the label" are three separate entities. Young Money LLC is 100% owned by Lil Wayne, Cash Money Inc is 100% owned by the William brothers and "Young Money the label" is a 49-51% split between Young Money LLC and Cash Money Inc for a certain amount of time. First it was a 5-year deal from 2003 to 2008, they then extended it for 5 extra years to 2013. The lawsuit doesn't say that they extended it since then, which means that Young Money LLC (Lil Wayne) should be able to take "Young Money the label" elsewhere by now.
However, he can't take Drake and Nicki Minaj because their deals with "Young Money the label" are under the 2008 extension where it's a 49-51% split between Young Money LLC and Cash Money Inc. Drake has one album left on that four-album deal and Nicki Minaj has three album left on that six-album deal.
Even if Young Money LLC (Lil Wayne) takes "Young Money the label" elsewhere, it's highly unlikely that Lil Wayne will be able to resign Drake when his deal is up because he's going to be expensive as fuck and he will probably go directly to a major himself.
Get it?
