If legally a name change allows him to release whatever the fuck he wants, then someone get in contact with Jay Z, Mack Maine & Tez and tell them to do whatever has to be done legally for him to sign a contract with Roc Nation under "Weezy" or "Wayne" or "Lil Tunechi" or literally fucking anything. Since the court documents for Cash Money Records v. Dwayne Michael Carter can't be viewed by the public, no one even knows what stage they are at in this fucked up process. There a court date? Hearing date? Deadline for Birdman to cough up the money? I'm honestly surprised no one has put out a hit on Birdshit's head yet. Dude deserves to be 6ft under for this. Then again, maybe it has nothin to do with Birdshit, maybe its all the illuminati holding Wayne back. The music industry has always been full of this shit, its always a certain artist's time and the others have to take a back seat until their name is called upon.

At this rate though, I believe Carter 5 won't be released until 2018....unless someone can hack into Martin Shkreli's computer. Which I'm also surprised hasn't happened yet. Given the plethora of Wayne fans out there, surely someone has the tools and knowledge to pull it off.
