C5 is alright, but as a "The Last Carter album", it was a let down...lets be honest. We waited 4 years for this lol, instead of giving us 25 random songs put together like a mixtape, give us some well thought out songs.
Are you stupid or just choosing to be willing fully ignorant? You're comparing the actual album produced from Kanye going through shit, to an album Wayne already had done before his shitty situation happened.

As for Charlamagne dude was shitting on C5 before even hearing it, and said Logic would sell more. Lmaooo

      Remember this?

Charlamagne called Wayne the devil and never liked it. This is from 9 years ago.

I love Charlamaigne but anything he has to say about Wayne is bullshit. He aint a Wayne fan. I get it. but the fact that he says that C5 was a bad album and came and went is bullshit. Uproar is playing all over the radio nonstop. and I have even heard it on comercials on VH1. And he spoke on a lot of shit he went through. Open Letter. Let It All Work Out. Cant Be Broken are some of the songs he put all his heart in to. and I listen to that album daily. since it came out. I aint tired of it either. And I got my C5 shirt. Charlamaigne is trippin hard. this album is the best to me hands down.
They can do all they can do but they cant break unbreakable. They scared to face the truth cause they hate the view.

Wayne had songs on this album before, during and after the situation.

                  Wtf Really?

How are so many known rapists 'respected' in hip hop?
Just saw that Detail had another rape charge brought against him the other day... same guy who wrote How To Love lol

                  It's gross man.

and what lines did wayne reuse on c5...??? C5 was a completely new style we havent heard from wayne much more poetic C5 is one of the most emotive projects of the year from the mainstream circle i dont understand where you coming from

there were a few songs on C5 that shouldnt have made it to the last "Carter" release
(open safe, famous, problems, used 2) i do agree that song placement has always been an absolute joke in waynes catalogue

Those were like 4 of the better songs on C5 stop sayin dumb shit.

Because at first in hip hop there were gatekeepers and people in the circle kept quiet. This has all been exposed through Afrika Bambaadaa being exposed about his sexual abuse of teenage boys.

The album was good, but we can all agree it wasn't his best, and definitely not what I expected or wanted. Knowing what Wayne can do, other than the lyrical substance of the songs, they sound like throwaways. Again I'm comparing to snippets I heard and thought was gonna be on c5. I believe the original c5 meant for 2014 with life of Mr. Carter and stuff would have been 20x better. The c5 we got is good but not the greatest album. Most people expected Wayne to come hype and he came soft and emotional, which is why some people dont fuck with it. Definitely not a classic album tho. Other than mona lisa
