What had more impact? C4 or C5?

I have kind of always had the sense though that Wayne will take whatever beats people send him, do other people feel like this? Is he ever like "no I'm not going to record on this"? Esp since he is constantly recording anyway. People talk about him having bad selection but I honestly wonder whether he selects at all and maybe that's the issue, that he is too nice about reciprocating when he gets sent stuff

Yeah you're right, he's rapped over beats he said he didn't like, Green Ranger (D4) That' All I Have (NC1) so yeah someone picks the beats for him & he just does it.

One time he sed he knows whether he likes the beat like when he hears it. Like the second the beat comes in. I can see him maybe sifting through beats

Dropping my 2 cents to say C4 100%. That's the album that made me a Wayne fan. Plus that shit was playing everywhere.

Nolstagia aside I think C5 is a better project overall. Seems like a lot of LWHQ think otherwise

I’m not even sure about this anymore. Like there are songs on c4 I absolutely can’t listen to, but it’s 7 songs shorter than c5. I almost can’t listen to like a third of c5. C4 has such great songs, u push through the bad ones and then ur done.

But yeah c5 is easily lyrically better than c4. Outside of 6ft 7ft. But the production overall on c4 is way greater than c5. Which is maybe why I’d choose it over c5 some days. But lyrically and flows for the most part are better on c5

once you count bonus tracks C4 had 20 songs. But I think what puts C5 over C4 is it had more songs to choose from like you might hate one but like the next two

I like some of C5 but it wasn't worth the 5 year wait PERSONALLY. C4 is more important for it's musical efforts, While C5 is only held to some iconic standard because the lawsuit and the 5 year wait after it was already finished.
