  • Wayne is terrible?

    https://www.rollingstone.com/music/m...as-gay-907008/

Don't know why they felt the need to add this to the article "so did Lil Wayne; it was called “Dear Anne” and was terrible"

Dear Anne wasnt even bad. They just bash him for no reason. Like on tha carter V Metacritic the "critics review" multiple critics gave him 60's for being misogynst.... I think he had a zero review for "homophobia misogyny etc" all of those buzzwords before, but the review was removed. This just shows Metacritic means absolutely nothing.

Yeah it obviously is not terrible, why do you care about what magazines say in 2019? It's like listening to the radio instead of using bluetooth

This is how so many reviewers judge music and films and tv shows etc nowadays. Not on the actual quality of the art but the "woke" credentials of the artist. If they'd known he'd officiated a gay wedding in prison he'd have got a way higher score lol. Right before C5 dropped I saw one saying it would be crap because "Wayne doesn't believe in racism".

Journalism of all types and reviews, awards and such things are barely worth paying attention to nowadays.

I saw this. I know it was a bunch of bullshit so I didn't worry. Dear Ann was and is a great ass song. Media is shit. all they do is bash and shit. so they don't matter to me.
They can do all they can do but they cant break unbreakable. They scared to face the truth cause they hate the view.

You can trust reviews these days. Half the time they don't even focus on the music. They just rate the album based on how much they like the artist personally.
