The difference is that Wayne has been with Birdman since hes like 13 years old, damn Birdman even has Weezy tattoos on his body and so does Wayne, but if that happened for whatever reason, Birdman may not be a gangster himself but he has plenty of money to get real gangsters to kill Weezy.
