There's only two pictures and neither of them show proof that she spent the night with him. It's only proof that she was there with him. Also, if she really is underage (she definitely doesn't look like it though), there really isn't anyway to prove that they did have sexual contact because the pictures don't show shit and there most likely wasn't any witnesses that saw them engage in sexual contact. She also most likely already lost her virginity prior to this event (inference), and if that's the case, they can't really do a test for that. Basically, if what this chick is saying *is* true, they really can't charge Wayne with anything due to lack of evidence. However, I think it's complete bullshit, but I just wanted to throw my two cents in.
