I don't think empire has enough material to release DIO7. If he did, he would have released it already.

why would he put out a tracklist of unreleased songs? that would defeat the purpose. if he said what songs he has, someone else could leak it.

a leak? you realize that these are songs that he bought? the chances of a song he has leaking is very unlikely. except we would never know, cuz if one did, it wouldn't end up on the final cut. Empire is known for exclusives. what would a mixtape full of exclusives be if 1+ songs leaked?

Off topic: Yeah, lol. it actually is. you sign up, do surveys (i fill in bs info) and you get points/cash. then you pick your prize (cash payout (paypal, gift cards/w.e) i've got like $30, the xbox 360 remote and a couple gift cards.

This should come out this month, hopefully because we have been waiting for ever 4 it and what if the mixtape sux ass (doubtfull) but like it only has like 3 Good songs.... and it doesnt include 30minstoNO? he never confirmed it, remember it was somebody faking to be empire on here...
