Where the FUCK is Johnnie Cochran when you need him....FUCK HIM FOR DYING. OJ got away with murder, T.I. got away with fucking army guns pretty much (and silencers, some real TOM CLANCY SHIT) and wayne gets caught with drugs that sadly were probably for usage of him and his crew, not for sale....and will get popped hard for it i bet.......shit he got a year for a fucking gun charge that really wasn't even a big deal, it wasn't on him......he had such a small insiginficant amount of his DNA on there that it could have been placed on accident or airborne, either way this is some fuckin bullshit, I KNEW THIS WOULD HAPPPEN! FUCK THE POLICE, FUCK THE WORLD.

Agree. They could of found a rocket launcher on the bus with 2 machine guns hidden somewhere and the feds would say it was Wayne's just because his a famous rapper

He can be charged with drug trafficking for each drug that he had on him, and could be looking at 16 - 26 years for cocaine alone

But how do they know it's his drugs? There were more people on the bus besides Wayne

Same thing as they did for the NY case, they'll try find a fleck of dust on it that is Wayne's DNA seeing as dust is just dead skin cells

FUCK THE POLICE! It's bad enough he is serving 8-12 months at the height of his career, why put him away for longer over some drugs? At most just make him go to a treatment facility or something.

No i just looked it up2007 dropped and 08 was dropped, just the gun charge from 07 carried on til now. Look it up on google, it shows that they have all been dropped

2007 Gun Charge = Going to jail on March 2nd
2008 Drug Charge = Trial on March 30th
