It not about the diamonds. Its the fact that a lifer cant be punished anymore, they already have to spend the entirety of their life in a box. Lifers won't even see wayne. they have different parts of prison for different cell mates. Lifers get one part, felons get another, dangerous get another, ect. Not to mention lil wayne will be in a private cell. Like come on if any of them see him they would try to beat the shit out of him for various reasons so they arent going to put him with the regular people.
