Not to hate on Wayne but, Wayne owes Lollipops success to Static Major bkuz static wrote the main chorus and all Wayne did was add the hook at the end "shawty wanna lick me... like a Lollipop !". Static wrote the best parts of the song that harmonized the song and made it comercial so radio would play.

Im just saying that Lollipop helped C3 a success. Imagines if if Lollipop didn't come out first so that Wayne could have the attention to put out the other singles. None of the other singles on C3 had as much radio play and mainstream attention as Lollipop. So from where I stand Lollipop carried C3.

i agree...da beat is just suntin i ever heard alike...da beat just makes u want to dance and shit and vibe with....u can lose ur house,get ur car stolen lose ur wallet....just play this song and da beat will make u feel good
