    Lil Wayne Wanted In Arizona



    Legal problems can't seem to escape this guy. Lil Wayne, who's currently serving a jail sentence in NY's Riker's Island, is also facing legal issues in other states. He's got a few charges around the country, but it appears his drug charge in Arizona is going to be giving him more grief. According to TMZ, Weezy had a court date in Arizona today but because he's locked up he couldn't attend. Unfortunately, Yuma County issued a bench warrent for Dwayne's arrest even though he's in jail. Stay tuned for more details from this story.

    Should a warrant be issued for him even though he cannot appear in court due to his incarceration? Share your thoughts!

      He's in another jail, wtf! He cannot attend, unless they fly him out legally.
      They'll probably add 10+ years.

          2008 was his year for music, not for drugs. I'm really hoping he's sitting down right now, or laying in his bunk, and seriously fucking thinking about what he's done. He stopped with the syrup, now he needs to stop with the weed. He needs to focus on his music career. He isn't a 'gangster' anymore, he's an icon, grammy winner, and one of the most known men in the world.

            Ridiculous. He's already in jail, what's he supposed to do?? Also, I thought his court date in AZ wasn't until the 30th

              Okay so let's see, should he just walk up to the guards and be like hey I got to fly on my private jet to Arizona because I have court?
              Wtf?
              And I thought his court date wasn't until March 30?
              This is fucked up.. we may never see Wayne again for 8 months-10 years..

                  Well ,What He need to do is file An Extradition Paper. Noting that They Have 60 Days to come get him. And If they Dont,Case Dismissed. This goes for Any State who issues warrants

                        Being high helped him create such great music..
                        I think he will smoke again when he gets out, but who knows maybe he won't.
