I hate to say this but i told ya'll...they are clearly making an example out of wayne and will follow procedure to the T. Arizona is extremely strict when it comes to convicting people of drug charges. I know this because a good friend of mine that moved to Phoenix when we were 12 (They're now 21) has encountered it first hand. Wayne might be S.O.L. as much as I hate to say this. Fuck the law. Fuck profiling. Just because he's a high profile, SUCCESSFUL BLACK MAN doesn't mean hes a fucking criminal. He'll be facing an all white jury, all white judge (all white courtroom)....keep in mind I AM WHITE....i am not trying to be racist, hell I'm ON HIS SIDE......there's something about a smart, successful black man that drives these white men crazy, especially those involved with the law. They will do anything they can to deter him from being successful and. They don't want him making money. They want him locked up....Sadly even though he had a shitload of drugs, 10-1 it was probably for him and his camp, not to distribute and sell. THEY DON'T NEED NO MONEY!

He is a grammy winner and a world icon. He shouldn't be worried about how much coke he got on his bus, how much syrup is in his cup, or how many grams are in the blunt he's smoking. He should be worried about how many albums he can sell next time around.

its not a matter of 'he needs to stop smoking weed and doing drugs'. First of all, Wayne would NEVER stop smoking weed, ever. Second, musicians in the past did drugs more than Wayne does and more openly; The Beatles, Jimmy Hendrix, and a lot more. That's why it is fucked up they target Wayne because they don't like his music. And also, he did have guns, so its not just about drugs, I understand having him in prison for guns, but don't lock up a musician for drugs, it hinders the market.
