He's not going at Wayne it clearly says, I don't mean Wayne.
But Nipsey is one of the West Coast cats, I think can carry them through the future.
And Wayne wasn't in the whip but still.. 40 Glocc does that shit for publicity. Like when he came up on Plies..

Yeah I know that the crime rates went down like crazy... But it's mainly the murders..
So now, instead of 30 murders in L.A. each year, there are like 5... but they keep dealing, fighting and shooting.
People just don't die so often.

And yeah, I dig Nispey's music. Him, Game and Jay Rock are like the only guys tryna keep the West alive. Snoop doesn't do that gangsta rap anymore... Ice Cube got an album comin out soon but people don't really care about him anymore...

And Dre... well I won't even comment.

There's many underground rappers as well as some mainstream rappers doing the same, such as Brotha Lynch Hung, MC Eiht, Crooked I, Daz Dillinger, Tha Dogg Pound...
