Birdman talking about wayne adding up how many push ups and sit ups he does while he is in jail every day but not in one day, overtime, its been a month so far so he did around 500 sit ups and 400 push ups every day to be 20,000 push ups and 15,000 sit ups ...which is good cuz if he keeps that up for 8 months straight he will be swolee up son..

i would think that is exagerated if you keep working out the same muscles continously it is counter productive you have to rest the muscles eventually so that way they grow so i would think he hasnt done that many push ups and sit ups so far or the # of those in a day
