I don't think Wayne's ever gonna quit the weed lol but I do think he's done sippin. And just because Wayne said Drake was better than him, he didn't necessarily mean it in relation to music. They're friends, I'm sure they talk about things other than music, I think what he was referring to was that Drake is a better person than him, not necessarily a better rapper. Just my opinion though.
