Where did you "hear" it? Most likely with someone who has no credibility. Why is there even talk's of this being free? It's been said it's gunna be on iTunes/Amazon. That mean's yes it will cost money.

This is what is happening

On September 27 INAHB is going to be released on Itunes and Amazon

Then a hard copy is going to be released later. I don't think it's going to be included with C4

Yeah, highly doubt it'll be packaged with C4. For all we know, C4 won't be ready and released until April. So why have a mixtape/EP that came out 7 months ago with a brand new Album? I say a hardcopy would be released to the iTunes account of the people who purchased it.

"the leak" was music that had already leaked, but they put the CDQ versions into a compilation called "the leak" and released as hype for C3.

Im not a Human Being is even better. Its all new material.
