                Half the kids say "IANAHB ARE CARTER 4 LEFT OVERS, OR TRACKS THAT WOULD OF BEEN THE CARTER 4" and the other half say "IANAHB SONGS ARE JUST TOTALLY DIFF SHIT WEEZY MADE FOR HIS FANS TO LISTEN TO WHILE HE IN JAIL, HE HAD THIS CONCEPT ALREADY DRAWN OUT BEFORE GOIN IN" ect ect

                the truth is that at the end of the day only LIL WAYNE truly knows what the deal is wit these IANAHB songs lol and IDC about what you "know-it-all" fukkers say.

                      They said the songs were recorded just before he went to jail. They were not meant for C4 but drake says C4 in gonnorhea and the producer of with you said it was supposed to be C4 so maybe some are leftovers.
