In the letter it says he was in that 23 hour a day cell thing and that he can actually recieve mail still, i'm guessing he didn't know that so presumed that was one of his privilages that would've been taken away with the punishment. But obviously this letter means he can still write.

Anyways, the letter didn't suck. I always like reading Wayne's letters, I find it hard to believe that he doesn't know that the album is already in stores, but what can you do, maybe he'll find out next week when he calls Birdman.

Good to see he's not in there alone cutting himself or anything out of boredom and is doing just fine, you all were worried about him going insane.
