Ctriteria are supposed to be rhyme skill, flow, buzz, commercial success, business ventures, Web presence and cultural influence.
Well wayne sold more than a million albums in 2010 ( rebirth WAYM and INAHB ) he has rhymes and flow + everybody talks about him because hes releasing music while he's in jail. And dont forget the buzz when the sentence got postponed and the fire after... I'm 100% sure he dropped more song than anybody else even if he was locked up and he had more songs on the charts than any1.. And there's the free weezy everybody is saying and he's the reason that drake and nicki will be on the list too..... I could find more reason he should be in the top 5 but i dont care that much cuz hes gonna be 1 next year obviously..
