I think he technically can, but he has to get permission first. And who knows if they will give it to him...

If its just for touring, he might be able too. Im quite happy about that. But I wont get my hopes up.

this is his original sentence, all other charges have been dropped apart from the posession on harmful substances or whatever.
I think he would have to finish his probation time in jail.
