It's easy to say but who was the last one who sold over a milli in the first week ? I'm really not sure if C4 can sell a million in first week but who knows

I care about sales alot......but thats not what is most important......If IANAHB sold 1 mill the first week i still would hate it...I want tha carter IV to be a great rap album...classic if its possible....but i also want it to sell well....

because to me it was rushed....Production wasn't great to say I can atleast listen to the beats.....Rapping was terrible...too much imma ball like, or we in the building you just...and no substance what so ever...every other lil wayne album had substance except....IANAHB..what is Hold up about? Gonnarhea? Whats wrong with them? Right above it? IMO all those songs verses could'v been interchange and the album would be the same...the tracks didn't have any identity....

My favorite song off there is I'm single and that aint' me....I don't mind wayne just rapping about what ever he wants...but to me alot of the hooks were generalized to match wayne just spitting bullshit....Just my least favorite wayne album...( i wished they kept it an EP/ Mixtape)....

It's not just some, any old album. This is Tha Carter IV. He needs to prove himself that he hasn't lost it, and is able to sell +1mill AGAIN in the first week.
If sales go even higher than C3, he'll KILL history.

Well the last person to sell a milli in the first week was 'Taylor Swift' I mean It would be good to see wayne sellng a milli in a week but i think its unlikely 6 foot 7 foot didnt come as strong as a milli tbh

IMO i think hits dont really need much promo if you think about it they just become hits unless you force it on everybody and spend alot of money to make everyone hear it.

I love 6 7 but i dont think its an immediate hit and thats the problem if your aiming to make it a hit most of the time it wont really be one thats the feeling im gettin from 6 7 a milli wasnt aimed to be one of hip hops biggest songs of all time. Right above it was released with no promo AT all and became i think the biggest digital downloaded song.

With that being said i still hope weezy succeeds though and im excited to see that performance on 106

I can see him doing it. Like i've said before, he needs to go in the right step with singles and videos. And if he wants to release it by February, that's almost about a month or two away (depending on the day) So he needs to shoot a video for 6'7' and then release it, then release another hot single.

And it only sucks if your name is Soulja Boy.
