    No offence but pay attention to the details next time.
    Fuck U.......It can't be sample clearance in every case and you need to look into situation...its almost every producer on Carter III...not just the aforemetioned ones........and no one talking hood ethics....(dumb ass)...its a ethics period....

      Now you're just guessing. Sample clearance did play a role in both cases we know details about though.

      I'd say fuck u too but it adds nothing to the conversation. Hopefully you'll learn something.

          Like I said, played a role. Its no coincidence Bangladesh and Jim Johnson both sued then came out later to say they had samples for the beats they haden't cleared. Obviously there is some crooked money management at YMCMB aswell

                      What the hell does that have to do with anything?

                      Mixtape =/= album.

                        do we all REALLY think wayne is sittin there with invoices, a calculator, and his checkbook out? under a bare-bulb, in a smokey room, concrete floors, goin, "it jus doesnt make sense!" As he slams his hand on the table.

                        People in cubicles and park-view offices better start gettin their shit together, givin the artist a bad name, instead of doin their jobs, thoroughly.
