I think it went something like this

Wayne raps on a streetrunner production, C3leak era
Track gets leaked, never released.
Couple years later, streetrunner has a new artist.
Needs to promote new artist, look hey we have a 'unreleased' wayne verse
let's use a couple bars (not the entire verse) to expensive. to promote the record.
Adela's labels, calls cashmoney, hey we want to buy this wayne verse
cashmoney says yes, they still get some money for a old verse.
Adela/label is happy because they got a wayne verse for cheap
Streetrunner is happy because they can sell another beat.

Oh. Warriors said Wayne wasn't in the teaser. He made the thread because there's still a possibility Wayne could be in the vid. I doubt it but it's possible.
