No, Wayne made those way later. He made Told Y'all in 2008 "I ain't that old, i'm just 26"
Those INAHB songs were made in 2009, you can just tell by the way he raps.

But yes, i'm truely glad he decided to re-do C4 instead of add those songs. I mean, Thank you YM for those songs and a new CD, but thank you they weren't on C4.
