I though about Tha Carter III as a whole with all leaked tracks in the c3-era

Good point. This is about more than the album. This is about the era. Leaks, drops, mixtapes, collabs, ymcm, dedication, and the CIV. The CIV era is promising to be as awesome as the CIII era was at the time.

Well we have, but it was a long ass time ago. None of his new material has leaked though, which is definitely good. I want no leaks before the album and a bunch after lol

That's what i meant. Since he's been out and recording, no leaks from C4 have surfaced. I want the CD to be released, everything fresh. Then let the "old leaks" pour through.

Yep, I want him to be able to choose from everything he recorded so he can put the best stuff on the album. Then I want as much of the stuff that didn't make the album as possible to leak lol
