It's just the hot list for January. IMO this is the edition that Wayne will be on the cover based on the time lapsed between the interview and photo shoot and now 6'7' being #1 on the hot list, i wouldnt be surprised.

I dont see any album selling 1 billion first week, it would be more than years worth of sales to get to that number.

Jimmy Fallon is on the cover for January.
