Were you talking about the song on the "three amigos" dvd ? Where Wayne work on CIV, and we hear a song with him and Busta? How can you say "absolutely it's the second single" ? I think it will not be on CIV, it's too old.

Plus it would not fit with the new Wayne. His voice was different, look at IANAHB it's not a proper album,and there is songz like Bill Gates, Right Above It, where he has his new voice just before jail, and song like That Ain't Me with his old voice, and that make the album sound like a compilation, not a project.

So to be good, CIV needs to be all post jail material. He can take ideas he did before he went in, if for example he did a song with Eminem or Rihanna, but he nedds to redo his verses yet. Altought I think it's better to have a all new fresh out of jail album, all new ideas and shit.
