RapFix is back, giving you the most up-to-date information on your favorite artists, including Lil Wayne. Here's a photo of our own Sway with the Young Money/Cash Money captain on the set of the "6 Foot 7 Foot" video, his first solo single since leaving Rikers Island in November.
The video shoot began on Thursday and sees the Tha Carter IV MC in the most costumes changes he's done to-date. As for the clip's concept, Young Money-Cash Money is remaining tight-lipped but we can tell you that the story is a nod to a popular, recently released movie.
Cory Gunz is also present for the shoot, along with his father/manager Peter Gunz and the rest of the YMCMB crew at an undisclosed location in Miami.
Last week, we checked in with DJ Scoob Doo, Weezy's personal videographer, who gave us a bit of insight on the upcoming video.
"It's actually going to be shot this week. I would love to tell everybody the concept but there will be people trying to get the idea and put it out before '6 Foot 7 Foot' drops," said the Nino Brown Story creator. "But once people see the '6 Foot 7 Foot,' I guarantee that it's going to be a game changer."
That's all RapFix can share at this point but we've got a major announcement on the way where we'll be unveiling more from hip-hop's favorite martian.
Stay tuned.
