Eminem Vs. Lil Wayne: Who's Better On Nicki Minaj's 'Roman's Revenge'?
Re: Eminem Vs. Lil Wayne: Who's Better On Nicki Minaj's 'Roman's Revenge'?
I definitely don't mind Eminem talking about raping, torturing, and killing women one bit, I find it funny and it's good to listen to. I like when he has his gruesome hardcore raps like Kill You off of MMLP.
That's besides the point, though. Wayne really murdered this track, his flow was insane, punchlines were great, and overall he really made a statement that he's back. I haven't been bored with any post-prison Weezy song yet, or disappointed for that matter. Eminem also brought some crazy lyrics, but like others have stated he no longer raps, he yells at you what he thinks. It honestly does get annoying after awhile, he needs to use his old flow. Also, the fact that it's a new song makes the Weezy version more enjoyable. If they dropped the song at the same time it would be a harder choice, but I enjoy the Weezy version more and enjoy the way he approached the track more overall.

I agree with screaming at me. It started on Recovery for me. Thats what made me not like him a lot. His old shit is insanely good. But Waynes verse to me was pretty good after a couple listens. I wasnt really feelin it at first but now its really good.
