Albums have to be handed into the record company at least a month before release. You really think wayne can create the hype, release C4 and then go on tour?

He said himself its coming out in april and march at the earliest.

I see no reason at all why he cannot do all those things.

I'd say anywhere from $40-$50. I know i paid about $75 for all my tickets, and i will continue, worth every penny.
