Chris Brown is keeping busy these days. In addition to getting ready to release his highly-anticipated "F.A.M.E." album, which is due out on March 22, the R&B singer has recently purchased a new West Hollywood condominium, according to the Los Angeles Times.

The 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom pad was originally on the market for a whopping 1.75 million dollars, and though it is not clear how much C. Breezy dropped on the new place, he apparently paid close to the asking price.
The new condo is 3000-square feet and occupies the entire floor of the building, complete with an open floor plan, a high ceiling and even a bar (remember, Brown is now 21-years old and of legal drinking age).
CB is already taking advantage of his new hometown. On Wednesday, he shot the video for his current single "Look At Me Now," which features Lil' Wayne and Busta Rhymes. Directed by Colin Tilley, the video seems to borrow its theme from the 1985 film, "Back To The Future."
